Span 2 - We reviewed for tomorrow's quiz over backwards verbs. We used the 10 sentences we created yesterday for a poster project using the backwards verbs. Please see me for details and for poster paper. Span 3 - Día de trabajar Span 1 - We spent time reviewing the present progressive tense for our quiz tomorrow. We also took notes over the next vocabulary unit (clothing). Please check the make up box.

Span 3 - We continued with our mock Spanish job interview and began notes on our new vocabulary unit (Los viajes/Travels) Span 1 - We took the quiz over commands. We continued practicing with the present progressive tense (5th hour began notes on this topic today) and completed a practice activity on pg. 309 of the textbook.

Span 1 - We reviewed commands with a study guide to help prepare us for tomorrow's quiz. We performed and handed in the partner skits from Friday. We also began notes in our foldables over the present progressive tense.
Span 2 - We took notes in our foldables over backwards verbs and continued working on the movie critique powerpoints, which we will present tomorrow. Span 3 - We began brainstorming answers to potential questions for tomorrow's group "job interview" presentation. we also read a story in small groups and completed a translation (Mi adicción rara). Span 1 - Today we took the vocabulary quiz (house & chores). We reviewed commands with an activity on pg. 306 of the textbook. We also created a partner skit using commands, which we will perform on Monday. If you were absent, please look in the make up tray for the skit handout.
Span 2 - Today we took the vocabulary quiz (movie unit). We also finalized the brainstorming sentences for our movie critique and began working on the powerpoint presentation portion of the project. We will present our critiques on Tuesday. If you were absent please check your school email. Span 3 - We had a workday to finish our employment brochures. If you were absent, please work on this activity and share with me when completed. Span 1 - We took notes in our foldables over Commands and reviewed with whiteboards for tomorrow's vocabulary quiz.

Your poster must contain 5 labeled rooms, 5 labeled chores and 5 labeled furniture items. See me for poster paper!
Span 2 - We collected foldables from Chapter 6A (Los concursos). We reviewed our shoe verbs with a translation activity for points (if you were absent, please get this from the make up tray). We also continued vocab notes on Chapter 6B (Las películas) and created a new foldable. Span 3 - We continued vocabulary notes over our jobs/professions and played vocab bingo. Span 1 - We continued notes over vocabulary 6B (House & Chores). We also read a skit on pg. 300 of the textbook and answered true/false questions for points.
Span 2 - We reviewed shoe verbs by filling in a "cheat sheet" of verb charts and we also used our shoe verbs to complete a practice translation activity. We began vocab notes on Chapter 6B (Movies). If you were absent, please get your handouts from the makeup tray. Span 3 - We collected Thursday's activity over "Fiesta Fatal" and read the final chapters together. We also continued taking notes over our new vocabulary (Professions). |
