Span 1, 2, 3 - Tomorrow we will take the test over our Christmas in Mexico unit.  Today we listened to the story of Mexico's Lady of Guadalupe (there will be questions about this on the test). I shared Quizlet flashcards on google classroom to help you study for the test as well.  We ended the hour with a web quest over Las Posadas due at 11:59 tonight on google classroom.

Span 1, 2 - We discussed New Years traditions in Mexico and reviewed our Christmas vocab with Kahoot and bingo.

Span  3 - We took notes on our vocabulary sheet in the section "Christmas Traditions - Mexico."  We also reviewed with Kahoot and bingo.

Span 1, 2 - Today we took notes on yesterday's vocabulary sheet in the section titled "Christmas traditions - Mexico."  We also watched a documentary over Christmas in Mexico.

​Span 3 - We watched a documentary over Christmas in Mexico and completed a vocab puzzle using our Christmas vocabulary sheet.

Span 1 - We reviewed for Monday's test over Dinner & Health with a study guide and a speaking activity (Describing plurals).

Span 2 - We reviewed for Monday's test over Driving & Directions with a map activity and a whiteboard scattegories game.

Span 3 - We reviewed for Monday's test over over our Communication & Technology unit with a study guide and a game of whiteboard scattegories.

THURSDAY, December 5th

Today I attended a workshop, so all classes watched the documentary "Most Dangerous Ways to School: Mexico" and completed a brief writing assignment while viewing.

Span 1 - We completed a game based off of yesterday's celebrity descriptive sentences and also did a skit reading comprehension activity.  We ended the hour discussing the Spanish festival "La Tomatina" and watched a short video clip of this event.

Span 2 - We reviewed driving/direction vocab with the bubble game and reviewed commands on Quizizz.  We ended the hour with a group speaking activity over making commands.

Span 3 - We reviewed the present perfect tense with a mixer activity and a game of Quizizz.  We also did a group speaking activity, practicing the present perfect verbs we've learned this unit.

Span 1 - We reviewed how to make adjectives plural with an activity on google classroom (Describing plurals - the 2nd photo).  We made some of these celebrity sentences true and others false. We will turn this activity into a game tomorrow!

Span 2 - We did a reading comprehension activity over an article on defensive driving.  We also completed a speaking activity/game over making commands.

Span 3 - We reviewed the irregular verbs of the present perfect tense with a whiteboard activity and a group speaking activity.

Span 1 - We completed a practice worksheet over the verb DEBER (to should).  We began notes over Plural Adjectives - if you were absent, please get these notes from a classmate.

Span 2 - We reviewed commands with Kahoot and began working on a project (Pobre Pepe) due tonight at 11:59pm.  The directions are on google classroom.

Span 3 - We continued class presentations over the YO HE slide shows.
