Span 1 - We collected last night's translation homework and played the "bubble game" to review vocabulary.  We also took notes in our foldable over possessive adjectives.

Span 2 - We reviewed irregular preterite verbs with a fill-in-the-blank activity and whiteboards.  For homework, we are completing a worksheet and translating sentences.  See the make up box.

Span 3 - We worked on the "Mi Viaje" project.

Span 1 - We collected last night's homework and played Quizizz to review the verb TENER.  We completed our first Videohistoria viewing and answered comprehension questions.  We also discussed what is a Quinceanera celebration and we ended the hour with a paragraph translation, due tomorrow.

Span 2 - We watched a video clip of the rescue of the 33 Chilean miners in 2010.  We will be discussing this story later this week.  We completed a practice activity with the verb DOLERSE.  We took notes in our foldables over the irregular preterite.  We ended the hour with a new activity - viewing a Videohistoria and answering comprehension questions.

Span 3 - We reviewed the subjunctive spelling-changers with Quizizz, and continued working on the "Mi Viaje" project.

Span 1 - We reviewed vocabulary with the Quizlet Live game and we also did a fill-in-the-blank worksheet with TENER.  We completed a partner activity looking at a Spanish family tree, and ended the hour answering questions about ourselves using the verb TENER.

Span 2 - We reviewed vocabulary with the bubble game and reviewed old body part vocabulary with Simon Dice.  We also completed a worksheet using the DOLERSE formula from yesterday's notes.

Span 3 - We took notes over spelling changers in the subjunctive and continued working on "Mi viaje."

Span 1 - We reviewed family member vocabulary with a family tree audio activity and we also played whiteboards.  We took notes over the verb TENER in our foldables.

Span 2 - We completed a vocabulary organizer on google classroom (Los accidentes) and reviewed vocab with whiteboards.  We took notes over a formula we can use to set up sentences with DOLERSE.

Span 3 - We reviewed the subjunctive with whiteboards and continued working on the "Mi Viaje" project.

Span 1 - We did a review activity with family vocab on google classroom.  We also began working on a Family Tree slideshow project.  See google classroom for directions and examples.

Span 2 - We collected foldables and took the test over the Natural Disaster unit.  We created a new foldable and played vocab bingo with our latest set of vocabulary words (Accidents and Injuries).  We also took notes over the verb DOLERSE.

Span 3 - We took notes over subjunctive spelling-changers in our foldables and teamed up to practice using these verbs.  We worked on the "itinerary" section of our virtual trip.  See me for details.

Span 1 - We collected foldables and took the unit test (GOING OUT).  We made a new foldable for our unit over "Fiestas y Familia" and took notes over family member vocabulary.

Span 2 - We did a review activity of "Background and Interrupting Events." Tomorrow will be our unit test (Natural Disasters).  We also got vocab notes for our next unit over Accidents and Injuries.

Span 3 - We continued working and reviewing the subjunctive.  We moved onto the next phase of our "Mi Viaje" travel project.  See me for details.

Span 1 - We completed a study guide for tomorrow's unit test (Going Out) and we began vocabulary notes for our next unit (Fiestas y Familia).  See the make up box for handouts.

Span 2 - We reviewed shoe verbs with QUIZIZZ and we filled out an organizer over "background and interrupting events."  We completed a practice worksheet using this organizer.  We also wrote an "disaster article" newspaper-style and turned it in on google classroom.  (See google classroom for instructions.)

Span 3 - We continued taking notes and practicing the subjunctive.  We also each chose the country that we will be visiting virtually for our "Mi Viaje" project and we began researching.  See the make up box for a packet handout over this project.

Span 1 - We completed an audio activity, and two activities on google classroom, including "El horario de Mario." We are trying a reading comp activity for Tuesday (see the make up box).

Span 2 - We played whiteboards to review our vocab, and continued notes over shoe verbs.  We are completing a prep activity for Tuesday's notes over Background & Interrupting Events.

Span 3 - We played whiteboards and the Bubble Game in groups.  We also created foldables and took notes over the Subjunctive.

Span 1 - We reviewed yesterday's notes over "making plans" with a bell ringer warm-up and a translation activity.  We also made Spanish Valentine's.

Span 2 - We talked about the history of Valentine's Day and how/why it is celebrated in Hispanic countries.  We also made Spanish Valentine's.

​Span 3 - We did a webquest over Spanish wedding traditions and created Spanish Valentine's.

Span 1 - We took notes over "making plans" in our foldables.  We completed an audio activity to review our vocab and we also read a skit and answered questions for comprehension points. We ended the hour with a google classroom activity "El horario de Mario."

Span 2 - We reviewed shoe verbs (4th hour continued shoe verb notes) and had a discussion about Hurricane Maria in 2017 on the island of Puerto Rico. We did a web quest over the hurricane's effects and relief efforts.

Span 3 - We completed a vocab organizer (see the make up box), played Quizlet Live in groups, the bubble game and bingo to review of travel vocabulary.
