Span 1 - We continued yesterday's activities from pg. 305-6 and then took notes over the Present Progressive. We also took the chapter vocab quiz.
Span 2 - We took the chapter vocab quiz and completed a packet over Easter traditions in Mexico. Span 3 - We began creating sentences for a project using the Future tense. See me for details. Span 1 - We reviewed vocabulary and commands and began working on two written activities with a partner. (Pg. 306, act. 13 & Pg. 305, act. 12)
Span 2 - We reviewed backwards verbs with a partner interview and completed a whiteboard activity as a group for vocab review. Span 3 - We reviewed the future tense, read an article over "los sueños" and watched the next episode of Destinos. Span 1 - We reviewed our house vocabulary with audio and speaking activities, and we also took notes on affirmative tú commands. We then completed work on the Casa de Sueños project.
Span 2 - We reviewed vocabulary with an audio activity, took notes over Backwards Verbs and completed practice activities. Span 3 - We took notes over the Future Tense and completed practice activities, including whiteboards. Span 1 - We created our foldables for Chapter 6B, completed an audio activity and began work on our "Casa de mi Sueños" project.
Span 2 - We created our foldables for Chapter 6B, read a skit and answered comprehension questions for points. We ended the hour with vocabulary bingo. Span 3 - We did a group recall review of yesterday's information from the Incan powerpoint presentations. We then watched the next episode of Destinos and answered a worksheet for comprehension points. Span 1 - We continued vocabulary notes over rooms of the house & chores. We read a skit and answered comprehension questions for points and then ended the hour with vocab bingo.
Span 2 - We took an open-note "quest" over chapter 6A (competitions) and began new vocabulary notes on 6A (movies). Span 3 - We presented our Inca power points to the class and took notes over the information that was presented by each group. (This information will be a part of the chapter test.) We also took notes on how to create the future tense and its irregulars. Span 1 - We reviewed yesterday's study guide, took our 6A test and handed in our foldables. We then began vocabulary notes on Chapter 6B (Las casas).
Span 2 - We played charades with our emotion vocabulary and began working on a poster project. See me for details. Span 3 - We continued work in our groups for the Incan presentations, due on Monday. Span 1 - We reviewed for tomorrow's chapter test with whiteboards and a study guide. We also handed in last night's homework.
Span 2 - We took notes over VERBS + EMOTION and completed a partner activity. Span 3 - We broke into groups to research specific aspects of Incan life. We will present our findings to the class. In all classes, we did a discussion about the Irish contribution to the Mexican-American War. We also learned St. Patrick's Day vocabulary and completed a vocab puzzle for points.
Span 1 - We reviewed and handed in yesterday's comparison sentences and recieved a worksheet for homework. Span 2 - We did a whiteboard review of vocabulary. Span 3 - We began notes over the Incan Empire. Span 1 - We took notes over making comparisons and created our own sentences in groups.
Span 2 - We reviewed our vocabulary in small groups with a graphic organizer and sentence creation. Span 3 - We took notes over our new unit (Regiones y etnías) and played vocab bingo to review. Span 1 - We reviewed the verb PODER with the dice game in small groups. We also took our vocabulary quiz over room items and colors.
Span 2 - We finished El Dorado and worked on a spring-time themed bulletin board display. Span 3 - We finished El Dorado. |
