Span 2 - We worked in small groups reviewing the future tense in preparation of tomorrow's quiz. We also wrote a future tense paragraph over our summer plans. Span 1 - We collected the foldable from Chapter 7B and took a quiz over direct objects. We also took notes in our foldables over the preterite endings of ER-IR verbs.
Span 2 - We took our vocabulary quiz over the travel unit. We also took notes over the irregular future tense verb endings in our foldables. We ended the class with our Yunque webquest, which we handed in at the end of the hour. Span 1 - We took vocabulary notes over vocab unit 8A (Vacations). Please see the make up tray for the handout. We also created a new foldable for the unit as well.
Span 2 - We created a fodable for chapter 8A and took notes in it over regular future tense verb endings. We also began working on a webquest over the Yunque Rainforest. Please see the make up tray for the handout. Span 1 - We reviewed yesterday's lesson over direct objects with a small group activity. We also did a reading comprehension activity on ph. 364 of the book. Please see the make up tray.
Span 2 - We completed a vocab puzzle and a whiteboard activity to review yesterday's new vocabulary words. We also began discussing the Yunque Rainforest and looked at a powerpoint of photos. Span 3 - ADIOS, SENIORS!!!! We had a fiesta to celebrate the end of your high school careers! For students absent on yesterday (Monday, May 8) I was absent as well - you have no make up work.
Span 1 - We took notes in our foldables over Direct Objects and also did a practice activity from pg. 360 of the book. Span 2 - We took notes over Chapter 8A vocabulary (Las vacaciones) and played vocab bingo to review. Span 3 - We took class photos and played Kahoot. I also have a graduation gift for each of you...if you were absent, please see me!!! All classes celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a fiesta! Muchas gracias to all the students who brought something in for our parties! :-)

Span 2 - We reviewed Ud. and Uds. commands in preparation for tomorrow's quiz and answered a series of questions in small groups over the history of Cinco de Mayo. Span 3 - We began our Cinco de Mayo art project (piñatas)! Span 1 - We played a vocabulary game with a partner for review and also learned two songs to help us memorize the present and preterite tenses. We ended the hour with a small group worksheet over the preterite which we will check tomorrow.
