Lunes/Monday

3/31/2014

 
Spanish 1 - We completed a study guide for tomorrow's test.  You will be able to use your 6A foldables, but you will need to study your colors & vocabulary.


Spanish 2 - We continued with vocabulary notes over Chapter 6B (movies). We also created foldables and ended the hour with a vocabulary game.


Spanish 3 - We read and translated an original story (Nadie me quiere) and began notes on vocabulary for Chapter 13 (Media & Communication).



viernes/Friday

Early Dismissal - only hours 4, 5, 6 met today.

Spanish 1 - (4th hour) We finished watching Sweet 15, and we will quiz over it on Monday.

Spanish 3 - We took our chapter test and handed in our foldables.  Also, poster projects are due today!

Jueves/Thursday

(PARCC Testing hours 1 - 3)


Spanish 1 - (4th hour) We began watching "Sweet 15" over the quinceañera celebration.  We will have a quiz tomorrow over the movie when finished.


Spanish 3 - We reviewed yesterday's study guide and discussed tomorrow's chapter test over formal/informal commands.  We also worked on our posters, due tomorrow before the test.

Miércoles/Wednesday

Spanish 1 - We reviewed the verbs PODER & DORMIR and took notes on "Making Comparisons."


Spanish 2 - We took an open note quiz over Chapter 6A and turned in our foldables.  We then began vocabulary notes over 6B (movies).


Spanish 3 - We reviewed ALL ways of creating commands and began work on the chapter test study guide.  

Monday/Lunes

Spanish 1 - We took notes on the boot verb DORMIR and completed practice activities.  We also worked with whiteboards for vocabulary review.


Spanish 2 - We completed an edmodo warmup over PONERSE and then took notes on Shoe Verbs.  We have a verb chart homework assignment for tonight.


Spanish 3 - We began notes over Formal commands (Usted & Ustedes), completed a practice activity and reviewed with white boards.



Jueves/Thursday

Spanish 1 - We reviewed our vocab with an Edmodo warm-up and drawing dictation activity.  We then took our vocabulary quiz over bedroom items and colors.  We also began notes over boot verbs Poder & Dormir


Spanish 2 - We completed an edmodo warm-up and took our vocab quiz over games & competitions.  We reviewed the verb PONERSE, collected last night's homework and completed a partner skit.  We began notes on preterite shoe verbs.


Spanish 3 - We gave our How-To presentations today



Miércoles/Wednesday

Spanish 1 - We reviewed vocabulary in preparation of tomorrow's quiz (bedroom items and colors).  We completed several activities including a partner worksheet.


Spanish 2 - We took notes on using PONERSE with emotions.  We completed a written activity, partner worksheet and have a homework assignment due tomorrow.  Tomorrow will also be our vocabulary quiz.


Spanish 3 - We did an edmodo warm-up on Don Quijote, read the next chapter and answered comprehansion questions.  We also watched Destinos and answered questions while viewing.

Martes/Tuesday

Spanish 1 - We created foldables for Chapter 6B and took notes over colors.  We completed two audio activities and ended the hour with vocab bingo.

Spanish 2 - We reviewed vocab on StudyBlue and completed a vocabulary graphic organizer.  We read a skit from the book and answered comprehension questions & also did a written activity .

Spanish 3 - We continued work on How-To presentations due Thursday.

Lunes/Monday

Spanish 1 - We read the latest chapter of Miguelito and answered comprehension questions.  We also began vocabulary notes on Chapter 6B (In My Room).

Spanish 2 - We continued with our vocabulary notes for Chapter 6B (Games & Competitions).  We created foldables, completed an audio activity and ended the hour with vocab bingo.

Spanish 3 - We continued work on our How-To speeches, concentrating on translating our sentences into Spanish.

Viernes/Friday

3/14/2014

 
Spanish 1 - We handed in our foldables and took our 5B test.  We began reading the next chapter of "Miguelito."


Spanish 2 - We handed in our foldables and took our 5B test.  We then began vocal notes on Chapter 6B (games and competitions).


Spanish 3 - We began work on our How-To speeches, focusing on creating our power points today.
