Spanish 2 - We took our chapter test over accidents & injuries and handed in our 5B foldables. We then began a Spanish pop trivia game for extra credit.
Spanish 3 - We watched episode 17 of Destinos and took a comprehension quiz after viewing.
Spanish 1 - Today we took our vocabulary quiz over houses & chores. We also collected last night's homework (10 sentences). Finally we began a project: designing a house. Your house must have 5 rooms labeled in Spanish, 5 household items labeled in Spanish and 5 chores labeled in Spanish. It must also be colored or outlined in color. See me for poster paper.

Spanish 3 - We watched episode 17 of Destinos and took a comprehension quiz after viewing. Spanish 1 - Today we looked at American patios vs. Spanish patios. We also reviewed our vocabulary with a speaking activity (vocab quiz tomorrow!) and finally we took notes over the present progressive tense & began a writing assignment for homework.
Spanish 2 - Today we completed and reviewed a study guide in preparation for tomorrow's test over our accident/injury unit. Spanish 3 - We took our Chapter 12 test and handed in our foldables! Spanish 1 - Today we reviewed our chore vocabulary and completed a partner activity for oral points. We also read a skit from the book and answered comprehension questions. Finally we briefly discussed Spanish "patios" which we will explore tomorrow.
Spanish 2 - We reviewed blending the imperfect progressive (background events) and the preterite tense (main event/interrupting event). We completed a written activity and then hi-lighted the grammatical parts of the sentence. 6th hour also took the quiz over the irregular preterite. Spanish 3 - We presented our Ud. command posters, then completed and reviewed the study guide for tomorrow's chapter test over commands. Spanish 1 - Today we received back our graded tests, created new foldables for this unit, did an audio activity, and ended the hour with a vocabulary game.
Spanish 2 - 6th hour took the vocab quiz and 2nd hour took the irregular preterite quiz. We also did notes over the imperfect progressive tense. Spanish 3 - We created our Ud. posters, which we will present on Monday. Spanish 1 - Today we reviewed and collected yesterday's study guide and foldable, took our Chapter 6A test, and began vocab over 6B.
Spanish 2 - We took our quiz over accident/injury vocab and played a relay game & whiteboard game over the irregular preterite. (There will be a quiz over irregular preterite verbs tomorrow.) Spanish 3 - We began working on our employment posters using Ud. commands. See me for details and requirements. Spanish 1 - Today we read a Spanish "advice column" article and answered comprehension questions afterwards for points. We also discussed the test tomorrow and began work on a study guide.
Spanish 2 - We took a pop quiz over the verb DOLERSE and then took notes and completed an activity over the irregular preterite. Spanish 3 - We checked and collected last night's homework over formal commands, completed a practice writing activity and discussion and finally created an organizer over the three affirmative & negative command forms that we've studied this unit. Spanish 1 - We checked and turned in last night's homework over the superlative. We also took powerpoint notes on how to make comparisons in Spanish and began a writing activity which was turned in at the end of class. We also did a review of colors in preparation for Thursday's chapter test.
Spanish 2 - We warmed up with our vocabulary flashcards to prepare us for Thursday's vocab quiz. We then took powerpoint notes over the verb DOLERSE and completed a practice worksheet which we reviewed together in class. Spanish 3 - We turned in our Don Quijote foldables/questions and then took a quiz over the novel. We also began powerpoint notes over Ud/Uds affirmative and negative commands. We completed a practice activity and have a worksheet tonight for homework. Spanish 1 - We began the hour by reviewing our chapter vocab with a partner worksheet. Next we discussed our choices for the "Mejor/Peor" activity we began on Friday. We also reviewed how to create the superlative sentences for oral points. Finally, we started on a homework assignment over the superlative.
Spanish 2 - We recieved back the graded tests from last week. Next we warmed up with vocab flashcards and reviewed body parts with a game of Simon Dice. We read and answered questions over a skit from the book and then did an audio activity over body parts. Spanish 3 - Today we screened our iMovie projects! We also finished reading "Don Quijote" and will take a test over the book tomorrow. Spanish 1 - We looked over a Spanish research article regarding sleep and also took a class poll for comparison. We then took notes over using the superlative in Spanish and began an "awards show" activity which we will continue on Monday.
Spanish 2 - We created flashcards with our new vocabulary, created a foldable for chapter 5B, completed an audio activity and ended with a vocabulary game. Spanish 3 - Many people were out due to a fieldtrip; therefore we went to the lab to work with FreeRice. Spanish 1 - We took our vocab quiz over bedroom items and colors. We then created a partner skit using our boot verb PODER and performed. Finally we used a Spanish tongue twister to work on the pronunciation of the Spanish letter "R"
Spanish 2 - We took our chapter test over the natural disaster unit and then began vocabulary notes over chapter 5B. Spanish 3 - Today was our last day to finish our iMovie project and upload them to youtube.
