Span 1 - 1st and 3rd hour completed the partner interview portion of yesterday's boot verb worksheet and handed it in. We learned the story and history of Cinco de Mayo and completed a video quest over the holiday. 5th hour completed a Cinco de Mayo web quest available on google classroom.
Span 2 - We discussed tomorrow's test over the Outdoors Unit. We also learned the story and history of Cinco de Mayo and completed a video quest of the holiday. Span 3 - We took our field trip to Los Tres Amigos!!! Span 1 - We completed a word find competition to review our three-digit numbers. We collected Thursday's note card with the boot verb translation. We also completed a boot verb activity on google classroom and prepped for a partner activity that we will do tomorrow.
Span 2 - We reviewed how to create Ud./Uds. commands and took notes in our foldables over spelling changers and irregulars. We completed a worksheet review over commands and did a short command project (see me for instructions - the sheet is in the make-up box). Span 3 - Today was the last day to work on our game boards, which we will play on Wednesday! Span 1 - We played whiteboards to review vocabulary and took notes in our foldable over the boot verbs QUERER, PENSAR and PREFERIR.
Span 2 - We played the Kahoot games we created in small groups. We also reviewed vocabulary with whiteboards. Span 3 - We worked on putting together the game boards for El Juego de la VIDA. Span 1 - We reviewed clothing vocabulary with Quizizz and began working on our Fashion Show project. See google classroom for details.
Span 2 - We completed a vocab organizer on google classroom using our Outdoor vocabulary and then made a new foldable. We took notes over Ud. and Uds. commands. We finished creating our Kahoot games, which we will play tomorrow in small groups. Span 3 - We continued group work on El Juego de VIDA (The Game of LIFE). Span 1 - We took notes over our new vocabulary unit (Clothing) and also created a foldable. In our foldable, we took notes over the numbers 100-1000 and played bingo to review.
Span 2 - We took notes over our new vocabulary unit (The Outdoors) and began work on a Kahoot vocab project - see me for details. Span 3 - We discussed our project unit (El Juego de Vida), received a group assignment and began collaborating. Instructions are on google classroom - see me to assign you to a group. Span 1 - We handed in our foldables and took our test over the House & Chore unit.
Span 2 - We completed an art project: Mola art inspired by the Kuna tribe of Panama. Span 3 - We continued painting our maracas! HAVE A GREAT SPRING BREAK! Span 1 - We played the dice game to review the present progressive tense and we began work on a study guide for tomorrow's test over the House and Chore unit.
Span 2 - We handed in our foldables and took the test over our Cooking unit. We also did an activity on google classroom to review Easter traditions in Spain. Span 3 - We started an art project - designing maracas!!! Span 1 - We took notes in our foldables over Present Progressive tense and discussed the traditions of Easter in Mexico.
Span 2 - We discussed tomorrow's test over our Cooking/Command unit and competed a study guide (available on google classroom). We also ralked about Easter traditions in Mexico. Span 3 - We handed in our foldables and took the test over our Subjunctive/Inca/Peru unit. Span 1 - We reviewed vocabulary and commands with three activities on google classroom. We also watched a video skit in Spanish and answered comprehension questions.
Span 2 - We completed work on our recipe booklets by adding 2 negative commands to each recipe. We are turning in our finished product on classroom, using the "science brochure" template. Please include one photo for each recipe. Span 3 - We discussed what to expect on Monday's test (Inca/Peru/Subjunctive unit). We reviewed the subjunctive and its irregulars with Quizlet Match and Quizizz. We completed and turned in our Inca web quests on google classroom. Span 1 - We continued notes over "Making Commands." We are working on a slideshow project (Mi Propio Genio) and the directions are up on google classroom.
Span 2 - We worked on our recipe sloppy-copies. For each recipe, write 5 affirmative (positive) commands that tell the reader what they need to do. If you were absent, please make sure that I see yesterday's vocab organizer! Span 3 - We reviewed the subjunctive with whiteboards and sentence creation. We also began working on an Inca web quest (on google classroom). |
