Today all classes worked on Día de los Muertos art projects. Spanish 2 also took a vocabulary quiz, postponed from yesterday.
Span 1 & 2 - We discussed Day of the Dead, looked at a powerpoint presentation and photos and watched a video explaining the traditions of the holiday.

Span 1 - We reviewed the AR present tense tense with several writing and group activities. Please see the makeup box for work.
Span 2 - We created foldables and took notes over the preterite tense. Please get these notes from a buddy.
Span 3 - We watched a documentary over Day of the Dead in Mexico.

Span 3 - We worked with preterite and imperfect verbs through a reading activity and an audio activity. We also began writing a paragraph that blends both tenses. See the makeup box if you were absent.
Span 1 - We took notes over -AR verbs and how to conjugate them into the present tense. Please get these notes if you were absent. We also turned in the class schedule poster project.
Span 2 - We took vocabulary notes on Chapter 2b (clothing shopping) and played vocab bingo. If you were absent see the make-up box for the vocabulary sheet.
Span 3 - We took over vocabulary quiz, reviewed the preterite vs. imperfect tenses and completed a reading comprehension activity.
Span 1 - We took our vocabulary quiz over classes and completed a partner worksheet. We then continued work on our class schedule posters due tomorrow.
Span 2 - We handed in our foldables and took the test over Chapter 2a (Daily Routines). We continued work on the daily routine posters (due tomorrow).
Span 3 - We reviewed vocab in preparation of tomorrow's quiz by creating a poster of a fictional country and labeling landscapes in Spanish.
Span 1 - We reviewed the pronouns we learned last week by reviewing and checking the book activity we began on Friday. We then created a poster based on our class schedules. See me for requirements and directions! There is a vocabulary quiz tomorrow.
Span 2 - We completed a study guide in preparation for tomorrow's chapter test over the daily routine unit. We then worked on a poster project using the vocabulary we've learned. See me for requirements and directions!
Span 3 - We reviewed our vocabulary flashcards in preparation for tomorrow's vocab quiz. We continued notes on the preterite vs. imperfect, completed a reading activity and ended the hour with whiteboards.

Span 3 - We created our chapter 10 foldables, created flashcards and completed a vocab worksheet. We then began notes on Preterite vs. Imperfect situations.

Span 2 - We reviewed ESTAR / SER with an edmodo practice activity in preparation for tomorrow's quiz. We also took notes over possessive adjectives. Please get these notes if you were absent.
Span 3 - We continued vocabulary notes for Chapter 10 and ended the hour with vocabulary bingo.
