Spanish 1 - We played the dice game to review ESTAR and did an individual/partner activity to review location words. We also took notes on definite and indefinite articles in our foldables. Our chapter test is Friday.
Spanish 2 - We took the Chapter 3A test over our shopping unit and handed in our foldables. We then began vocab notes on our new unit (Places int he Community). See the make-up box for the hand-out. Spanish 3 - We took our vocabulary quiz and then finished notes on page 5 & 6 of our Preterite/Imperfect booklet. We played a review game and ended with a reading comprehension activity, distinguishing between the two types of verbs. Please see the make-up box. Spanish 1 - We reviewed the verb ESTAR today by watching a video clip, completing two activities for speaking points and a turning in a written partner worksheet.
Spanish 2 - We reviewed for tomorrow's test over our shopping unit. Please study your vocabulary, demonstrative adjectives and preterite verbs. If you were absent, check the make up box for the study guide. Spanish 3 - We began the hour with a vocabulary review. We then created a booklet of notes over PRETERITE vs. IMPERFECT and we played a review game. Please get these notes if you were absent! Spanish 1 - We reviewed our vocal with a partner dictation activity and then took our vocabulary quiz. We then created a graphic organizer with the verb ESTAR.
Spanish 2 - We created a fashion critique poster using demonstrative adjectives and vocabulary. We needed 6 magazine clothing photos and a sentence with each. Spanish 1 - We reviewed our vocab with audio and speaking activities, completed a partner worksheet and ended the hour with a drawing dictation. Tomorrow is our vocab quiz!

Spanish 3 - We created vocabulary flashcards, created foldables for Chapter 10 and did several vocab activities to help with memorization. Spanish 1 - We took notes in our foldables over "location words," read a skit & answered comprehension questions for points and ended the hour with vocab bingo. please see the make-up box if you were absent.
Spanish 2 - We did a practice quiz of preterite verbs in preparation of the real quiz tomorrow. We completed yesterday's partner worksheet for oral points and ended the hour with notes over demostrative adjectives. Spanish 3 - We continued vocabulary notes over Chapter 10, created flashcards and ended the hour with vocab bingo. Spanish 1 - We took our Chapter 2A test, handed in our foldables, and began vocab notes on the new chapter.
Spanish 2 - We reviewed preterite verb endings with a group conjugation game. We also took notes over the spelling changes in CAR, GAR, ZAR verbs. We ended the hour by completing the first part of a partner worksheet. Spanish 3 - We took our Chapter 9 test, handed in our foldables and worked on our Spanish class bulliten board. Spanish 1 - We completed a study guide for tomorrow's chapter test. Please study your pronouns and AR verbs. We ended the hour with a group review activity.
Spanish 2 - We created "turkey" verbs for our preterite tense and completed a practice worksheet. Spanish 3 - We completed a study guide in preparation of tomorrow's chapter 9 test. |
