Spanish 2 - We took our vocabulary quiz (The Outdoors) and reviewed spelling-changing Ud/Uds. commands. We then began work on our command posters.
Spanish 3 - We presented our Incan poster projects and took notes over each group's presentations.
Spanish 1 - We reviewed the preterite tense and it's spelling changers (in preparation of Thursday's quiz) by playing the dice game and completing a written activity. We also did a partner worksheet with AR verbs in the preterite.

Spanish 3 - We presented our Incan poster projects and took notes over each group's presentations. Spanish 1 - We completed a group trivia/translation activity that we will check tomorrow!
Spanish 2 - We reviewed Ud/Uds. commands and took notes over irregulars and spelling changers. We completed a practice worksheet (see make-up box) and began English brainstorming for our command poster project tomorrow. Spanish 3 - We worked on the Incan poster project. Posters and presentations due tomorrow! Spanish 1 - We took our vocab quiz (Stores & Gifts) and reviewed thw preterite tense with Edmodo. We completed and turned in yesterday's partner worksheet and then took notes on preterite spelling changers.
Spanish 2 - We reviewed vocab on Edmodo and completed a crossword activity for points (see make-up box). We made foldables for Chapter 7b and took notes on Usted/Ustedes commands. Spanish 3 - Work day in computer lab for Incan poster projects. Spanish 1 - We completed vocabulary activities to review for tomorrow's quiz, and we also completed a partner worksheet. We began notes on the preterite (past tense) of AR verbs.
Spanish 2 - We continued notes on vocabulary, then read a skit from the book after which we completed comprehension questions for points. We ended the hour with a vocab game. Spanish 3 - We signed up for groups & topics on our Incan Poster project and continues the Incan video. Spanish 1 - Due to many students being gone on a field trip, we studied Nicaraguan cuisine! 4th hour also completed a reading comprehension activity on our Miguelito story.
Spanish 2 - We took our Edmodo test over the cooking unit and handed in our foldables. We began vocal notes on chapter 7B (The Outdoors). Spanish 3 - We reviewed for tomorrow's vocabulary quiz and continued notes over the Incan Empire. Spanish 1 - We continued vocabulary notes on chapter 7B, created foldables, read a skit from the book and answered comprehension questions. We ended the hour with a vocab review game.
Spanish 2 - 2nd hour we worked independently due to a high number of students out for calculus testing. 3rd hour we completed and checked a review sheet of affirmative and negative commands. We then watched a documentary of Nicaraguan foods. Spanish 3 - We reviewed our vocab, the future tense and its irregulars. We completed review worksheets and began notes over the Inca tribe of Peru. Spanish 1 - We watched a video and completed a viewing worksheet over Cinco de Mayo. We also began notes on 7B vocabulary (Gifts)
Spanish 2 - We watched a History Channel documentary on the history of Cinco de Mayo. Spanish 3 - No class today due to field trip. Spanish 1 - We reviewed yesterday's review packet, and completed an open-note test over chapter 7A (clothing). We then discussed the history of Cinco de Mayo.
Spanish 2 - Today was an in-class work day on the cookbook project due tomorrow at the beginning of class. Spanish 3 - We discussed the history of Cinco de Mayo and watched a video over the Battle of Puebla. |
